2022 Reports
Thanks to funding from CMHC through their Housing Supply Challenge, SNBSC partnered with Turner Drake & Partners LTD and the Saint John Human Development Council to produce new reports with updated data for SWNB Communities.
Turner Drake & Partners LTD have updated market data and housing need projections by surveying landlords and residents as well as incorporating demographic data from the Census:
The Saint John Human Development Council facilitated focus groups and interviews with community members experiencing housing insecurity:
