Planning Complaint / Violation

This form may be used to communicate to the enforcement officials at the Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission (SNBSC) for the following purposes only:

1) building occurring without a permit
2) violation of a zoning by-law
3) dangerous or unsightly premises (Fundy Shores, Eastern Charlotte, Grand Manan, or McAdam only)

Please do not use this form for enforcement of any by-laws or regulations other than those listed above. Contact the relevant municipality or provincial agency for other types of enforcement. This form also may not be used for reports of criminal activity (please call 911) or for civil disputes (eg. easement or property line disputes).
