Working together to reduce poverty & build vibrant communities!

Southwest NB Service Commission (SNBSC)

The work of Vibrant Communities Charlotte County has transitioned to the Southwest NB Service Commission (SNBSC) as part of the services offered under its new mandate of Community Development! Vibrant’s work in poverty reduction, working across sectors, fostering partnerships, building capacity, and leveraging resources continues under this mandate at SNBSC.

By joining together, we will have opportunities for increased capacity, coordination and collaboration to further community development across the region.

SNBSC Community Development works together with Horizon Health Community Developers in the region, as well as the Regional Resilience Coordinator.

We team up to help our community because of our shared values. By working together, we use different skills and connections to help make sure everyone’s voice is heard. This makes us stronger and better at solving problems. We also keep important information and knowledge safe as we work together.
