This form may now be used for all planning or building applications made to the Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission. This includes subdivisions, signs, variances, and rezonings.
After you submit your filled-out application form, someone from SNBSC will contact you to set up fee payment (credit card, etc.) and to let you know if your forms have the required basic information. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
Code Matrix: required for all Part 3 and many complex Part 9 applications.
Agent authorization form: required for individuals acting officially for a property owner.

This application form may be used for all types of planning, development, subdivision, or building permit applications in the Southwest New Brunswick region.
